I reached out to customer service earlier in the week and expected a quicker response. By the time they finally got back to me, I’d already been waiting long enough that it felt like I barely got any help at all.

I thought replacing the filter would be a quick little task before heading out, but nope, it turned into this whole frustrating ordeal. I couldn’t easily figure out which filter I actually needed, and everything felt way more confusing than it should’ve been.
By the time I finally got through it, I was annoyed and already running late, so the plans I had for the afternoon were basically ruined. For something that has to be done regularly, it really shouldn’t be this much of a hassle.

I was just trying to order a filter. Simple enough, right? But the site kept acting up once I got to checkout. My cart total changed on me twice, which was weird, and then the payment page took forever to load. At that point I didn’t really trust it enough to finish the order. Just annoying. Not a great experience...

I tried to return my order and get a refund, but the whole thing dragged on way longer than it should have. Support wasn’t really helpful either, I kept getting replies along the lines of “we’re looking into it” or “please wait a little longer,” but nothing seemed to actually move forward. It ended up being a annoying experience.

After using it, I can definitely say the water looks clearer, clearer for sure. That part is nice. But every now and then I still notice a little cloudiness, so I’m not completely blown away. It’s okay overall, and I think it probably depends a lot on your tap water.

The filters themselves are decent and worked fine for what I needed. That said, the subscription side was really annoying. I thought I had paused it, but I still ended up getting charged and shipped another one. Canceling also took more effort than it should have, and customer service did get back to me, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’ll probably just buy as needed instead of using the subscription again.

I’ve been using this filter for a little while now, and so far it seems to be doing its job. The water definitely tastes better than I remember it tasting before, which is the main thing I notice day to day. I mainly picked it because of the certification details, but I still wish that info had been easier to verify on my own. From what I recall, it looked solid when I bought it, but I’m not quite 100% confident yet. Overall, it’s been fine, just not something I’m fully sold on yet

I do think the water tastes cleaner after using it, which is a plus. That said, I checked with my test strips and they still showed some things left behind, so I’m not totally convinced it’s doing as much as I hoped. It’s not a bad product, just kind of a mixed experience for me.

My order arrived in great shape, and the box looked like it had actually been handled with care. Everything inside was packed snugly, with no leaks or loose items rolling around. it felt like they did a good job protecting the product, which I really appreciate. Definitely worth noting

I was expecting the replacement filters to be way more expensive, but they’re affordable. Maybe I’m not the only one who worries about that stuff, but it was a nice surprise not having to spend a ton.

I really wanted this filter bottle to work out because it sounded like it would be easy to carry around, but it didn’t match the promise. It’s bulkier than I expected and takes up too much room in my bag.

It’s fine if I’m using it at home or keeping it in the car, but once I tried taking it on walks or while traveling, it got annoying quickly. It’s also not the fastest thing to use when I’m rushing, which is frustrating because it’s kind of advertised like it’s super convenient.
The water tastes good, so I’ll give it credit for that. But if you’re buying it because you want something lightweight and easy for everyday carrying, I’d say it doesn’t really live up to that.

I sorta liked that Epic Water Filters actually shows their lab test results and isn’t super vague about what their filters remove. That was the main reason I decided to try them. The site was easy to look through before buying, though I did have to click around a bit to find a few details. Overall, it felt more transparent than most filter brands I’ve looked at.

I was relieved this filter fit my fridge just fine. Popped it in without any fuss, and thankfully no leaks so far.

I’m not exactly gentle with my stuff, and this bottle has definitely been dropped more times than I’d like to admit. Somehow it still looks totally fine, which is kind of impressive. No cracks, no leaks, nothing weird happening with it so far. I keep expecting it to finally show some damage, but nope, still going strong. Happy with it overall

I reached out about a problem with my filter thinking the warranty would make things simple, but it ended up being really frustrating. Every reply took forever, and when they finally got back to me, it was mostly the same questions I had already answered. After waiting around so much, it felt like they were just dragging things out instead of actually trying to help. Disappointing for something that’s supposed to be covered under warranty

I bought this filter a little over a month ago and was hopeful at first. For the first couple of weeks, the water tasted clean and I didn’t have any real complaints.
By around week three, though, I started noticing it was slowing down more than I expected. I wasn’t using it heavily every day, so it was a little frustrating to feel like it was already wearing out.
For the price, I thought it would last closer to the advertised timeframe. It’s not a terrible filter, but in my experience, I ended up needing to replace it sooner than I planned.

I did notice that it helped with the odor somewhat, so I can’t say it did nothing. The smell was definitely a little less noticeable after using it, but it was still kind of there in the background, if that makes sense. I was hoping it would get rid of it completely, but for me it was more like it toned it down rather than fully eliminating it.

Maybe it’s just me, but I couldn’t get this thing to seal as well as I expected. The filter itself seems to work fine, but I kept having to mess with the lid, and I still ended up with water on the counter a few times. For the price, I figured it would fit a little more securely. It’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless the leaking issue gets fixed...
